Cancellation And Refund Policy

You may request a cancellation or refund by contacting us at info@enovexa.com. All refund or cancellation requests will be evaluated in good faith and processed in accordance with the specific service terms outlined below.

a. Software Development & Digital Marketing Services

• Cancellations are only permitted before the project has commenced or within 48 hours of payment, whichever comes first
• If any portion of the work has already been initiated or delivered, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion, based on the work completed
• No refunds will be issued once the full service has been delivered or if the engagement has progressed beyond the agreed milestone

b. Event Ticketing (via JustEasyBook)

• Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled
• In the case of a cancellation initiated by the organizer, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
• If the event is postponed, ticket holders will be notified, and the tickets will remain valid for the new date

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, or bank transfer)
• No fees will be charged for issuing a refund
• Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

Enovexa Solutions does not sell or ship physical goods. As such, returns or physical shipments do not apply to our business model.
