Acadelva is an academic management system. It brings together a complete student management system where student information, guardian details, staff members, classes, academic terms, attendance, and other essential academic records can be managed efficiently in one place.

Students can be registered and their information maintained securely, while guardians can be linked to students to support communication and involvement in their education. The dashboard gives a real-time overview of the academy, showing active students, current-term enrolments, total fees collected, outstanding balances, and overdue payments at a glance.

Acadelva also provides structured class and term management, allowing learning activities to be organized according to academic sessions, with each term tracked by its start date, end date, and active status. Staff members can be added and managed according to their roles, such as Owner, with clear visibility into who has access to the academy and their current status.

Attendance can be recorded for each class session by selecting the class, term, and date, with students marked present, absent, late, or excused — helping the academy monitor student participation and progress. Whether it's a dance academy, music school, sports academy, coaching center, art studio, or tuition institute, Acadelva adapts to how each type of academy tracks its students.
